Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Griffy Technology (CT0091609-W) located Headquarters in 02-15, Skyawani 2 Kuala Lumpur. The terms “company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Griffy Technology.

In the event you received a defective product, a replacement will be sent with no additional cost. Here at Griffy, we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your product. 

If there are any issues or concerns with your Griffy order, please feel free to send an email to marketing@griffycard.com so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Custom Griffy Card

Our Custom Griffy Cards are eligible for full refunds on the basis that we receives a cancellation request within 1-2 days after purchase and prior completed of your custom / non-custom order. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unfortunate event your product is faulty due to chip malfunction that is beyond repair by Griffy Technology. Griffy Technology will endeavour to provide replacement at no additional cost with returned the faulty card to our HQ. If the faulty card found that has been altered by any NFC third party apps, lock or erase, we do not bear any mistakes done by the user.

Production Timeline

We do our best to make sure your custom products are completed in next working days upon order placement according to our business operation hour. For example, if you placed an order on Monday, your card expected completion is on Tuesday proceeding with handover to courier or self-pickup available. If you purchased on Friday or over the weekend, kindly be patient as your card will be completed on next Monday.

However, your order completion are totally depending on our production schedule and on-demand. Occasionally, some of our custom products do required more days of completion if necessary. We are constantly monitoring our production schedule to make sure deliver not more than 3 days to courier service or self-pickup availability.

You'll receive a courier notification via email once shipped or through call / Whatsapp for customer option of Self-Pickup services.

Late or Missing Items

If you’ve waited for longer than 30 days and you still have not received your product yet, please contact us at marketing@griffycard.com.

If any of your Griffy product went missing or loss during or after warranty period, we will provide you a replacement discounted package at 15% off.

Reprint Policy

If you received a printed product that you’re dissatisfied with, please inform us via email and provide pictures of the product to marketing@griffycard.com. Please highlight what you consider deficient, so we may advise and make changes where necessary.

Any error in production or you received anything different from the submitted artwork in website or approved proof; Griffy Technology will provide a reprint with no additional cost to you. 

We cannot, however, be held responsible for customer errors, inability to visualise the final product(s) or inexperience with respect to warnings* sent out with all artwork proofs. 

Smart Product Warranty

Any of related to Griffy smart product, custom or non-custom within 6 months upon purchased are responsible by Griffy Technology. Warranty period related to smart product covers NFC chip and printing in the event of any cases related to previous clauses.

Return Policy

On the odd occasion, you may be asked to return the product. Please only do this when Griffy Technology has requested.

    We will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

    Shipping Policy

    Griffy Technology is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.

    Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.

    Tracking Number Shipment

    As Griffy custom creates its products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed within product given timeline. You may be able to track your order once received notification via email or SMS by our courier partner (Ninja Van).
